Bluff House Beach Hotel Bahamas

The Bluff House Beach Hotel is located on the Green Turtle Bay, at the highest point. This hotel is surrounded by palms and pines and panoramic view that greets the guests is indeed breath taking. Bluff House, a three star hotel, is three miles away from New Plymouth.

Facilities

Bluff House Hotel offers a variety of amenities to its guests. Starting with the food options, guests can choose from two bars and two restaurants, which offer casual as well as formal dining services. The Bistro and the Jolly Roger Bar serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. There you can enjoy the food either indoors or outdoors. The clubhouse dining room is a more formal affair. It offers a selection of hors d'oeuvres, cocktails and International fare, which includes American, Bahamian, Western European and Mediterranean influences.

If you'd like to enjoy waterfront activities you can try bone fishing, deep sea fishing, diving, snorkelling, reef fishing, encounters with dolphins, kayaking, and more. There is an outdoor swimming pool, if you'd like to take a dip early in the morning.

The Marina at Bluff House is a favourite among yachtsmen. The marina offers individual deck space to each boat and the 12,000 square feet long deck is made of Brazilian Teak. The dock provides services such as water hook-ups, gas, electricity and diesel at competitive rates.

Rooms

There is no dearth of options for guest to choose from. With 32 expansive rooms, suites, yachtsmen cottages or villas, visitors are almost spoilt for choice. All rooms have air conditioning and balconies.

Suites

The suites at bluff house come with a private balcony and an exotic view of the ocean. There are also suites that have a split level, in which there is one king- size bed upstairs, while downstairs you have the living area that contains a sofa that can be opened out into a double bed.

Villas

There are three kinds of villas - one bedroom, two bedroom and marina villa.

Villas with one bedroom offer you choice between a king-size and queen-size bed. There is a shower in the bathroom, a living area, kitchen/dining room and a deck that looks out on to the ocean.

Villas with two bedrooms offer the same facilities as the rooms mentioned above. The main difference is that it has two units within it. While one unit is self contained with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining area, the other unit has only a bedroom and bathroom.

The Marina Villas are extremely grandiose with two bedrooms, bathroom with an open shower, living room, a kitchen that is equipped with all modern utilities and a powder room.

Yachtsman Cottages

Yachtsman Cottages are the recent additions to the range of accommodation provided by Bluff House. Each cottage has three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining room. The front deck has a private Jacuzzi and the second floor houses a master bedroom and bathroom.
